I moved to CA from Ohio to pursue my dream job in marketing entertainment right after college. After 20+ years in the biz and becoming a high-level executive, I was burnt out and knew there was something else I longed to do. As a hobby and out of a passion for good food, I created Burbank Bites to support local restaurants.
When the pandemic hit, I lost my entertainment job and knew this was the time to make the change I had been longing to make, but I knew I needed to do something that would continue to
feed my creative side.
Around Thanksgiving 2020, I began making charcuterie boards for my quarantine bubble family and friends and found so much joy when creating these beautiful boards. Within weeks I realized this was my new calling; thus, Burbank Bites 2.0 was born.
Blending my creativity, love of food, entrepreneurial spirit, and desire to work closer with my community has created a business that has been years in the making. I am so excited to see where this new adventure will lead and thank you for joining me on this exciting journey!
