A minimum of 2 business days’ notice is required for most orders. We recommend ordering 3–5 days in advance whenever possible, especially for larger orders. Grazing tables and larger orders should be booked as early as possible to ensure availability.

Do you provide grazing for corporate events and large gatherings?

Yes. Burbank Bites creates curated grazing experiences for corporate gatherings, production teams, client meetings, weddings, showers, birthdays, fundraisers, and private celebrations throughout Burbank and the greater Los Angeles area.

Do you offer custom grazing tables?

Absolutely. Grazing tables can be customized based on your guest count, style, occasion, and dietary requests. Our grazing displays are thoughtfully prepared, carefully transported, and delivered ready for your gathering.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Burbank and select communities throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Delivery availability and fees vary by location and order size. Please contact us for locations outside our standard delivery area.

Can the presentation be customized for my event?

Yes. We can coordinate select colors, seasonal accents, florals, greenery, and themed presentation details to complement your gathering. Custom options are subject to availability and may include an additional charge.

What types of events do you specialize in?

We create grazing experiences for corporate events, production wrap parties, weddings, bridal showers, birthdays, wine nights, holiday gatherings, and private celebrations.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Burbank Bites gift cards are available in a variety of amounts and can be used toward our grazing boards, individual grazing, and other menu offerings. Gift cards can be purchased through our online ordering site.

Do you offer production or corporate gifting?

Yes. We offer curated grazing boxes and gifting options for production teams, client gifts, office events, and corporate gatherings.

Are seasonal ingredients included?

Whenever possible, we incorporate fresh seasonal fruit, vegetables, cheeses, accompaniments, and grazing accents. Selections may vary based on season, freshness, and availability.

Can I order for an outdoor or rooftop gathering?

Yes. Orders may be accommodated for indoor and outdoor gatherings throughout Burbank and the greater Los Angeles area. Availability may depend on location, weather, access, and event details.

Vegetarian options and requests for gluten-free ingredients or no nuts may be accommodated when available. Burbank Bites is not an allergen-free kitchen, and cross-contact may occur. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. Please share dietary requests or allergy concerns when placing your order.

What comes with a grazing board or table?

Each grazing experience includes a thoughtfully curated selection of artisan cheeses, premium cured meats, seasonal fruit, fresh vegetables, crackers, sweet grazing accents, and carefully selected accompaniments. Selections may vary based on season, availability, and customization.

What makes your grazing tables different?

Our grazing tables are designed with elevated presentation in mind, featuring abundant arrangements, thoughtful styling, and carefully curated details that create a memorable focal point for your gathering.

How long can grazing boards remain out during an event?

For food safety and best quality, perishable grazing items should not remain at room temperature for more than 2 hours, or more than 1 hour when temperatures are above 90°F. Keep items chilled until ready to serve.

Is a deposit required for larger orders?

Larger grazing tables and custom orders may require a deposit to reserve your date. Deposit requirements will be provided with your custom quote.
