GENERAL

Currently, we are open Wednesday's, Friday's & Sunday's. Times for pickup & delivery vary. Let us know what your needs are, and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that if you need a board on a day we closed, you can order the day before as our boards are fresh for 24 hours.

We maintain the utmost caution in terms of Covid-19. Masks & gloves are used while creating your boards. Masks are used for deliveries, and temperature checks are done before each order is made. Everyone at Burbank Bites is fully vaccinated.

Yes. Because we are working with meats & cheeses, we have a Certified Shared Kitchen, which is approved by the Los Angeles County Health Department. We are also Insured, Licensed & ServSafe Certified.

A cancellation fee of 50% of the total order will apply for any orders canceled within three days of your event. Any orders that are canceled within 48 hours of the event date cannot be refunded.

We highly recommend a minimum of 48 hour order placement. For larger events, we ask that you place your order at least five days in advance.  Any rush orders all depend on availability. There may be an additional charge. Please email hello@burbankbites.com on availability and any further questions.

Our boxes are fresh for 24 hours. You can order the day before and enjoy your board the next day. If you have a special event, please contact us directly so we can accommodate you!

PRODUCTS

Each board is seasonal and custom-made to order. You may make requests for specific meats, cheeses, nuts, and produce as long as they are in season & in stock. Substitutions can be made for allergies. We can create Vegan, Vegetarian & Gluten-Free boards as well, and most options can be found in our checkout process. We will reach out if there are any concerns about your specific requests. An additional cost may be applied. Contact us at hello@burbankbites.com with any questions.

We offer Vegan, Vegetarian & Gluten-Free Options. Please note that Gluten-Free and Nut-Free options are preference only. We are NOT a certified Gluten-Free/Nut-Free Kitchen at this time. An additional cost may apply for special requests. You can always email us at hello@burbankbites.com with any additional questions regarding allergies or dietary restrictions.

For our mini boxes & individual boxes, we use Kraft Baker’s Boxes. For our Small, Medium & Large boards, you have the option of ordering a palm leaf platter that is eco-friendly, disposable & biodegradable. You can also choose a wooden board that you can keep for reuse.

We recommend consuming within 24 hours. These can absolutely be refrigerated. We advise that if any food is left out for over four hours, everything is discarded and thrown out. 

We love crackers. For our mini boxes, individual boxes & holiday boxes, you will find the crackers in the boxes. For our Small, Medium & Large boards, the crackers will come in their own separate bag or box on the side.

DELIVERY

We currently are doing our own delivery to reduce the number of hands our boxes come in contact with. We charge a base fee of $5 and $1 per mile from Burbank, CA 91501. We can deliver to surrounding areas for an additional fee. We are willing to travel outside our delivery area for larger parties or orders!
